Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and maintenance work of Company sites, display materials and facilities to make sure they are in good condition
• Assist in handling installation, maintenance and cleaning work
• Report of any unusual occurrence or damage if found and keep monitoring the status throughout the whole case
• Work in irregular hours including night time and holidays may be necessary
• Responsible for achieving the company standard for daily operation

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1-2 year(s) experience in operation field
• Good command in Chinese and English
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between internal and external parties on construction of outdoor advertising display
• Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers and structural consultants to prepare structural design and quotation in order to fulfill client’s requirement
• Provide support on project management including administrative works, on-site supervision, cost and quality control
• Review structural drawings and other engineering documents
• Prepare progress report and working schedule to clients
• 5 working days; overtime may be required during peak season

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above preferably in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience on project management & site coordination
• Equip with Electrical works knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail minded and able to work under tight schedule

工作范围：

• 检查户外霓虹灯及LED广告屏及其系统
• 巡逻, 拍摄及报告广告屏状态
• 安装及维修户外LED广告屏及其系统
• 其他由主管分配的工作
• 须轮班工作

入职要求：

• 工业学院相关证书课程或文凭毕业
• 操流利广东话及简单文书英语
• 拥两年或以上维修经验
• 勤奋主动, 能有效分析问题及维修问题部件
• 持有建造业安全训练明书(平安咭)
• 注册电工
